They’re going to be playing a free show at the Hammer Museum on July 23rd (the Hammer has rad programs on a weekly basis which I go to occasionally; if anyone is interested go to their website or get in touch with me) but I’m sure they’ll have a show before then which I’ll post up here.
Bobby – Want to try to get these guys to open for Sean Hayes??!?!?! Let’s do it, “aim high” I always say.
I heard that Malkmus covered Bob Dylan’s “Ballad of a Thin Man” so I looked it up on youtube. This is a masterful rendition of the original. My respect for Stephen Malkmus seriously grows everytime I listen to him, and especially to hear him play and preform like this, ranks him as one of the best musicians…
Don’t worry, those goosbumps will go away in 20 minutes.
