Anyone looking for a new album to get stuck in their heads?
I came across Ed Harcourt randomly; the best way to find artists. He’s not from the states, so he has not been heard of by a lot of people. I like all his music so far. I put the link to get “Here be Monsters” from Amazon for only $5, right below. The album is around a Nine for me. It is very well made, and full of catchy songs. It’s a really clever and light-hearted CD, that if you put in your car, you’ll know all the words and melodies by heart. He’s a pleasant songwriter and I hope yall get the cd (I do not encourage listening to the samples because they are not indicative of the cd at all)…so, just dish out the 5.
Listen, you know who my brother is. We both have the best tastes in music and listen to the best music, and no one can tell us otherwise…not even each other.

There is no bearing on how many heads you have.

One of my paint reps turned me on to Ed Harcourt. I am not particular nor fanatical about that type of music, but oddly enough I very much enjoy him when I hear him.

My favorite song of his is called “Watching the Sun Come Up Close” on From Every Sphere (2003). Undertaker Strut is also very good, same album. Not a big fan of the album Strangers, some solid songs but some really bad (sappy) songs as well. I have not heard the above album, I will have to check it out.

Have you heard the song “Visit for the dead dog”? That’s also one of my favorites of his.
