dude, capt, did you get my post with the three song video from the april 18 show? or the one titled ‘great music is like air?’ i think they show up as waiting for review.

i’ve come to love their albums too. not all of ‘em, but most.

Japanese chick’s squeaky voice annoys me. But Deerhoof drummer produced a record I reviewed last month by SF band called Sholi. Self-titled record has same aesthetics and is really quite good. Also, I really like Dirty Projector’s new one, Bitte Orca, in that same prog, math-rock, avante garde -way.

Pass on Deerhoof though. Thanks for asking.
